“You haven’t seen this yet? Well, I guarantee it’ll make your day!”
Suzy, grinning with excitement, shoved her phone in front of Stellar.
On the screen, a shaky, handheld video played a clip taken by a bystander.
In the video, Percy was a complete mess.
His clothes were disheveled, his face twisted in rage as he stumbled out of a roadside flower bed.
His expression darkened even further when he realized his surroundings, and as he yanked up his pants, he roared at the onlookers, “Get the hell away from me!”
Suzy burst into laughter, wiping away tears.
“Oh my god! This scumbag went from living in luxury to literally waking up in the streets. Talk about karma! Serves him right after the way he treated you.”
If this had been in the past, Stellar might have felt something anger, sadness,
But now, seeing Percy like this?
She felt nothing.
“Whatever happens to him isn’t my concern anymore,” she said calmly.

As she spoke, her gaze drifted toward the entrance, where a tall, familiar figure had just walked in.
That person was Stephen.
What was he doing here?
Could it really be a coincidence? Running into him outside of campus?
Before she could dwell on it, Lily returned, greeting him warmly.
“Well, if it isn’t Mr. Ward. Got some free time today?” she said with a friendly smile.
“Yeah, just here for a meal,” Stephen replied, his tone as indifferent as ever.
The two of them clearly knew each other.
So, it was a coincidence after all.
Stellar almost laughed at herself for reading too much into it.
Feeling slightly embarrassed, she started to look away but just as Stephen finished placing his order, he lifted his gaze and met hers directly.
Their eyes locked.
Stellar pressed her lips together, feeling an unexpected flicker of awkwardness before giving him a brief, polite
nod.
As their eyes met, Stephen gave Stellar a subtle nod.
Lily caught the exchange, a flicker of surprise flashing in her eyes.
In all her years of knowing him, she had never seen this col–faced man initiate a greeting with any woman.

“Ah, so you two know each other? What a coincidence!”
Being familiar with both of them, she took the opportunity to suggest. “Would you mind sharing a table? We’re running a little tight on space, and I just got another reservation call.”
Stephen blinked, momentarily caught off guard.
But a second later, he simply shrugged. “I don’t mind.”
Stellar was equally surprised.
She hadn’t expected him to agree so easily.
Refusing now would just feel awkward.
Besides, she still owed him a favor and had been looking for the right opportunity to make it up him
Maybe treating him to dinner today wasn’t a bad idea.
Still, she turned to Suzy for confirmation
“Are you okay with it?”
Suzy had been eyeing Stephen ever since Stellar greeted him.
“Damn, he’s hot,” Suzy thought.
She had seen all kinds of male celebrities in the entertainment industry, but this man didn’t just look good–he radiated something else entirely.
It appeared he was someone with power, wealth, and influence.
His presence alone was more striking than any actor she had met.
Her gaze flicked between him and Stellar, and the grin on her face only widened.
“I have no objections at all. Hi there, I’m Suzy Walsh, Stellar’s friend. And you are?”
“Stephen Ward,” he replied, stepping forward and taking a seat across from them. “I’m Stellar’s senior from university.”
It was Stellar’s first time having a meal with him, and she couldn’t help but feel a little out of place.
Stephen, on the other hand, appeared completely at ease.
As they browsed the menu, Lily smiled warmly. “As a little bonus for sharing a table, I’ll treat each of you to a dish on the house.”
“That’s generous of you,” Stellar said, flipping open the menu.
Stephen was also scanning the options when they both spoke at the exact same time.
“I’ll have the spicy braised fish.”
“I’d like the spicy braised fish.”
They both paused, glancing up at each other, momentarily surprised by the coincidence.
