Chapter 92
Alison felt uneasy under Dillon’s intense gaze and quickly turned her eyes away.
Her attempt to hide behind Timothy only made him think that Dillon was bullying her.
Timothy immediately warned, “Dillon, don’t forget that Alison is cherished in our family. Aren’t you afraid of making my father and Ethan angry by treating her like this?”
Dillon coldly withdrew his gaze. “Estelle is my wife.”
After saying that, he looked at Estelle.
Seth immediately stepped in front of her, his eyes cold and fearless.
He spoke directly, “Dillon, everything happening here is because of you. Since you have Alison, stop bothering Estelle.”
“What does this have to do with Alison?” Dillon asked instinctively.
He originally intended to avoid dragging innocent people into it, but Madison stepped forward
to argue.
“You’re full of crap!”
She pointed angrily at Alison. “If Alison weren’t here stirring things up, Timothy wouldn’t
dare to lay a hand on her. He would just insult her a little. It’s Alison who’s the real
troublemaker.”
Alison immediately shook her head.
With red eyes, she looked at Dillon with an innocent, pleading expression. “Dillon, it’s not like
that.”
Dillon’s expression grew even colder when he saw her cry.
He reminded her, displeased, “Ms. Lancaster, you shouldn’t speak carelessly.”
Madison rolled her eyes in disdain. “Yeah, I’m speaking nonsense. In your eyes, Alison is the most innocent and pure treasure in the world, and we must be the terrible villains. Want to check the security footage?”
“What’s the point of that? You’re just bullying Alison.” Timothy immediately stopped her.
He glared at Estelle with grievance.
“You troublemaker, look at the kind of friends you’ve made. They’re distorting the truth. If I want to hit you, that’s my business. It has nothing to do with Alison. You’re no longer part of the Sawford family. We’ve decided to officially adopt Alison. There’ll be a banquet in a few days.”
Chapter 92
They were going to adopt Alison?
Estelle’s sharp gaze swept Alison from head to toe.
Suddenly, a terrifying thought crossed her mind,
“Do whatever you want.” She coldly tossed the words out and started to pull Madison away.
“Wait.” Dillon stopped them.
All three turned to look at him.
Dillon said, “You’ve wronged Alison. Are you just going to walk away without apologizing?”
Wronged Alison?
Estelle let out a derisive laugh before responding, “You can ask Alison if she’s been wronged. Or maybe we should just check the security footage?”
With that, she gave Alison a final glance.
Alison shuddered involuntarily.
She then looked up at Dillon with tear–filled eyes, offering a bitter smile.
He lowered his gaze and said, “Apologize.”
“Dillon!” Estelle tightened her grip on Madison’s wrist, her tone turning assertive. “Madison did nothing wrong. She won’t apologize.”
Dillon’s frustration grew when he saw how fiercely she defended the Lancasters.
He dialed a number before everyone.
“Ban the Lancaster family and everyone involved in the pharmaceutical business…”
“No!” Estelle urgently interrupted.
Her eyes were red with anger.
Seeing Dillon remain cold and unyielding, Estelle couldn’t help but laugh.
“Dillon, you’re ruthless. Bring your project proposal to my office tomorrow. Let’s discuss the apology issue properly.”
“Estelle, don’t.” Madison quickly stopped her.
She puffed her cheeks in frustration and glared at Dillon. “This person can’t tell right from wrong. We’ll just go abroad. I don’t believe he can really make every single member of the Lancaster family lose their jobs!”
