Chapter 94
In the next moment, Dillon kissed Estelle’s somewhat annoying red lips.
She hadn’t expected him to kiss her so suddenly. Estelle struggled even more fiercely, but her resistance felt like nothing more than a tickle to Dillon.
He forcefully pried her lips open, tangling his tongue with hers.
Only when she finally surrendered completely in his embrace did he release her. His lips curled into a satisfied smile as he placed a kiss on her dazed eyes.
Estelle immediately turned her head to avoid it.
He was in a good mood and didn’t bother to argue with her.
Back at the familiar villa, Estelle stood at the door, her feet feeling like they were rooted to the
ground, her eyes growing red.
She had thought she wouldn’t feel anything anymore, but as soon as she arrived, her heart hurt terribly, and it felt like her breath would stop at any moment.
“Aren’t you going in?” Dillon asked, puzzled.
She looked up, her tear–filled eyes full of sorrow, staring directly at him.
“Dillon, are you disappointed I didn’t die? Is that why you want me to die here, to atone for your love with Alison?”
“What nonsense are you talking about? Go inside!” Dillon’s tone suddenly turned harsh.
He immediately lifted her in his arms and began to carry her inside.
“I won’t go in! Put me down right now!”
Estelle struggled with all her might, fear and unease filling her tearful eyes.
If she stayed here, she would really die.
Sensing her intense resistance, Dillon stopped in his tracks.
He, too, was starting to feel agitated.
He stopped and said irritably, “You’ve lived here for so long, and now you don’t want to go in? Playing hard to get for too long will just make people sick of it.”
“If you want me dead, just kill me, Dillon. I’ve told you before, I didn’t drug anyone. I almost died because of you, and I lost the child. Is that not enough punishment? Is it only when I’m truly dead that you’ll be happy?”
Dillon’s brows furrowed deeply.

Estelle’s appearance like she had nothing left to live for, struck a painful chord in his heart.
He lowered his gaze, thinking for a moment, then started carrying her back outside.
“Let’s go to Serenity Bay.”
After telling the driver, Dillon carried her to the car.
An hour later, the car stopped at Serenity Bay.
Before marrying Estelle, he had lived alone there.
This was her first time here.
Looking at the small two–story villa, Estelle curiously surveyed the surroundings.
It fit her taste perfectly, and she gradually let her guard down.
Seeing that she no longer rejected him, Dillon carried her to the couch.
As soon as they sat down, Estelle freed herself and immediately sat on a nearby single chair.
She crossed her arms and looked at Dillon warily.
“What do you want?”
would you
Dillon felt an unfamiliar pang of bitterness in his heart and said without thinking, “Do you really dislike me this much? If I hadn’t used the Lancaster family to threaten you, have come back with me?”
Estelle gave him a complicated look.
Wasn’t that pretty obvious?
But why did she see disappointment in Dillon’s eyes?
That wasn’t right. He would probably be thrilled if she didn’t bother him.
Estelle took a deep breath, adjusting herself, and calmly sat down.
“Dillon, I know that it has always been Alison in your heart. I’ve accepted it, and I truly wish you happiness. Can you—”
“You still owe me a child,” Dillon suddenly interrupted her.
“What?” She tilted her head, her eyes full of suspicion.
Had Dillon really just said that?
