Dillon really wanted to pry open Estelle’s head and see what was inside.
The two of them ate breakfast in silence.
When Dillon put down his cutlery, Estelle followed suit.
Confused, she asked, “Is there something else?”
Hearing this, Dillon was so angry he actually laughed.
He placed a contract in front of her. “Did you forget what you said last night?”
It was about the contract for the distribution rights, and he wanted exclusive distribution rights.
Moreover, any future distributors would need his approval first.
This was clearly a blatant case of an unfair clause.
Seeing her puffing up her cheeks in anger, Dillon smirked meaningfully. “If you think this is an unfair clause and don’t want to sign, you don’t have to.”
“I’ll sign!” Estelle gritted her teeth.
She mustered up the courage to take the pen Dillon handed her and nervously signed the
contract.
After signing her name, Estelle looked at Dillon again.
“I’ll give you the distribution rights, but you must stop making things difficult for the Lancaster family.”
The smile that had barely appeared on Dillon’s face immediately vanished.
He carefully set the contract aside, his index finger tapping rhythmically on its cover. His eyes, locked onto Estelle without blinking, radiated danger with every passing second.
Estelle couldn’t help but shiver.
Could it be that he was going to destroy her now that he had the contract?
“Heh…” Dillon suddenly let out two soft laughs.
The next moment, he grabbed her chin and pulled her closer.
Then he warned her in a low voice, “Now you’re my wife. If I find out you’re with another
man, you’ll die, and that man won’t get away unscathed either!”
Looking at his face twisted with anger, Estelle couldn’t help but laugh.

As she laughed, she slapped his hand away.
“Who I choose to be with is my business. As for you… Just mind your own business with Alison.
”
With that, Estelle turned and walked away.
Watching her retreating figure, Dillon kicked the chair in frustration.
But soon, he smiled again.
Did Estelle think that she could escape from him with her little tricks? She could dream on.
He warned her from behind, “The moment you drugged me, you had no choice.”
Estelle paused for a moment, then continued walking, seemingly unaffected by his words.
As soon as she stepped out of the villa, Seth immediately approached.
Seeing her pale face, he stepped forward to support her carefully. “What’s wrong? Are you feeling unwell?”
Meeting his concerned gaze, she smiled and shook her head.
“I’m fine. I just feel a bit uneasy. It’s getting late; we should hurry to the lab. Didn’t Rena say she’s bringing the latest results today?”
At the mention of Rena, Seth smiled and helplessly shook his head. “Even now, you’re thinking about work. I really should let Dr. Summers force you to rest for half a year.”
Estelle smiled but didn’t say anything.
When they arrived at the lab, they found Rena and Madison were working on an experiment.
Both of them looked serious, especially Rena, who had a furrowed brow, as though she was encountering a problem.
Seeing this, Estelle looked at Seth in confusion. “Is something wrong?”
Seth handed her a glass of water and jokingly teased, “Aside from Madison’s usual mistakes, I think there’s nothing that could trouble Dr. Summers.”
That did make sense.
Once Estelle confirmed that everything was fine, she finally relaxed.
Then, she told Seth about Dillon securing the exclusive distribution rights.
