Chapter 105.
Courtney POV.
I am waiting on the front step with Kaden, Havoc, and Katya beside me as we wait for Storm to arrive with my parents. Amelia is safe and is with Fabio and Richie. Everyone loves her and I know if anything was to happen to me or Kaden that our daughter will be looked after.
“You sure you want to do this?” Havoc asks and I turn to look at him with a glare and Katya does the same thing. I was surprised she agreed to this because she was pleading Storm’s case. But I guess she knows something I don’t.
“I’m sure. Katya, can I ask you something, please?” I ask her and she looks at me and I know she knows. Us women just know, you know.
“You want to know why I changed my opinion?” She says and I nod my head at her and she sighs.
“I received intelligence a few moments ago. I was going to keep pleading his case for you. But what I received changed that.” She says and I just look at her and she looks down and she
looks sad.
“As you know, he was finding a way into my compound. That I couldn’t forgive, but it was what
I found out that really f*****g pissed me off. He has been going behind your father’s back for a
long time. He was trying to usurp your father. He was making deals with people who bring
nothing but harm to families. He has been involved in human trafficking.” Well, f**k.
She looks away and I can see the tears drip off her chin. I move to her and hug her. She
clutches my top and I just hold her. For an ice queen, she is emotional. This side of Katya
makes me remember that she is still a woman. She isn’t a machine who is heartless and
ruthless. She has feelings, but I don’t understand why this has affected her so much.
ย
“My older sister was a victim of human trafficking. My father had married her off. It was
disguised as a contract marriage, but it wasn’t. He sold his eldest daughter into trafficking.
She was sold and killed. My mother lost it and tried to divorce my papa, then he killed her. He
knew what the Bianchi’s did under the table. He knew that I would share the same fate. But
Storm was not going to let that happen. Or so I thought. I was a fool. I still saw him as
someone who was kind. He was going to keep you tied to him, and he was going to sell sweet
Amelia. So those are the reasons why I have changed my opinion.” And like that, the mask
was back in place and I feel nothing but rage.

Chapter 105.
Havoc takes her and holds her and I look at Kaden and see nothing but death staring back at
- me. I’m making the right decision. For Amelia, for me, for everyone.
The sound of a vehicle coming up the driveway. Pulls us all out of the moment and we all wait
and watch as the vehicle stops and my momma gets out with my father. They both move to
the back. My momma opens the back up and pulls Storm out before she drops him to the
ground on his knees.
He is bloody and beaten, his right eye swollen shut, he has blood on his face, his hands tied
behind his back. His white blonde hair is streaked with crimson. He looks up and spits blood
on the ground.
“Take him to interrogation.” I say, no emotion in my tone, no emotion on my face as he looks
at me with sadness before he smirks at me. Fucker!
“You sure you want to do this?” Kaden asks and I just nod my head.
“Yes, I need to do this.” I say, and he kisses my head. He holds my hand and we walk down the
steps to where the interrogation room is at the back of the property in another building. Which
is heavily guarded.
“I’m right beside you. You’re not alone.” Kaden tells me as we open the door. I kiss him before I
turn to look at Havoc and Katya. They both give me one nod and we proceed inside. My heart
is beating like a drum the further we move inside.
I enter a room and see Storm has been put on his knees again. His wrists are chained to the
loops in the floor. My momma stands at his left. My dad leans casually against the far wall.
My momma has her arms behind her back and her feet apart. Like a soldier waiting for her
orders. Storm looks up and all I see in his gaze is hate.
“You little b***h!” He spits and tries but fails to get up. I say nothing as I move to the wall of
weapons. I don’t look at anyone and I ignore Storm’s words before I hear skin on skin. I look
briefly and see Kaden standing over Storm with rage on his face. My momma is still standing
in place and my dad is, too. How are they both so composed?
Katya is seething, and Havoc is chuckling, and he is giddy. I reach for a dagger and a gun. I
check the gun and magazine. I only need one bullet. But I will make a show of this.
I turn and click my fingers, and Kaden moves back. I say nothing. I don’t need to. I can
command a room full of people with that one move.
“Yeah, back away like the trained mutt you are, Venom.” Storm spits. I chuckle, just like Kaden
does. Havoc looks at me, then at Storm.

Chapter 105.
“Oh, brother, you are in for a world of pain. This is going to be so f*****g good.” Havoc says with a groan, and I walk towards Kaden and stand at his side. The gun in my right hand and the dagger in my left.
I holster the gun in the back of my pants before I twirl the knife in my hand. Not taking my eyes from Storm.
His eye is locked on me.
“Courtney, baby, please. I would never hurt you. I didn’t mean it.” He says, switching to one of his many personalities. Not that I am buying in to it.
“Please, baby, believe me.” He is pleading, but I say nothing to him and just like that, he snaps
and starts calling me all the names under the sun. They don’t hurt me, sticks and stones.
I look Storm over and notice his cut is not on him. I look at my dad and he smirks at me.
“He is not worthy of it.” He says and I nod my head and turn back to look at Storm. I step
closer to him and begin to cut the shirt from his body. I place the tip of the dagger to his
bronzed skin and draw a slow line down his chest, and he hisses. Havoc groans again and I
know the sight of blood is making it hard for him to contain himself.
Apparently, blood gets him off. Each to their own.
I drag the tip of the blade down to his navel. Not taking my eyes from Storms. He is panting
and I know he is not feeling enough pain. So I add pressure and he jolts. He groans in pain and
bites his swollen lower lip.
“You were planning on taking me and selling my daughter.” I say to him as I add more pressure and drag the knife back up to his neck.
“No, I would …”
“No need to lie Storm, we are all friends here.” I say with a sadistic chuckle. I remove the knife and look at him. When I click my fingers and hold my hand out.
My dad moves and I keep my eyes on Storm and see his eye widen. I take what my dad has just given me and pour it over his open wounds, and he screams as the salt melts into his
blood.
Let’s begin. No one f***s with a momma bear and her cub and lives to tell about it.
