Chapter 108.
Courtney POV.
“Mommy, wake up.” I hear that little voice, but I know I must be dreaming. I have only been asleep for a couple of hours.
“Mommy, wake up.” Feeling warm little hands on my face before a wet kiss lands on my lips, then my cheek, forehead, and nose. I smile as I open my eyes and look at the green–gold eyes of my now two–and a half–year–old daughter.
“Mommy, awake?” she asks, her head tilting adorably to the side and I grab her, causing her to
squeal with laughter as I kiss her all over her face, before I blow raspberries on her neck.
“Mommy, no, mommy stop. I pee, I pee.” I stop instantly when she giggles and wiggles down
to the floor and rushes to the bathroom.
“Ok, little miss. I’m up. Why are you up so early?” I ask as I remove the quilt, hearing her
humming her potty song. Amelia is rather advanced and uses the potty like a big girl and her
vocabulary is amazing. She is a quick learner.
“Silly mommy, how could you forget? Today is a big day?” She says from the open bathroom.
I’m playing with her. How could I forget what today is? Today is the day I marry Kaden.
We decided to wait until everything was settled before we tied the knot. So it is finally here. I am never getting married again. All the stress of this day had left me wanting to run for the damn hills. During a huge meltdown of tears and snot. My momma took over the planning. I was too overwhelmed with running the empire that I was burning the candle at both ends.
“You finished?” I call out to her when I hear the tap turning on. Yup, she is done. I walk in and
see her standing on her little step, washing her hands.
“Yup, I’m going to be a princess and you mommy will be a queen.” She says, clapping and giggling. I smile too at her overly cuteness, but don’t let that fool you. She is the devil in disguise. I blame Havoc. He hypes her up on candy and then lets her go. He has also taught her some cuss words. Which we ignore, so she stops doing it. So far it ain’t working.
“Ok, then we need to start getting ready, don’t you think?” I ask her as she cheers and I help her climb down from her step and put it away as she runs off back into mine and Kaden’s bedroom. I quickly rinse the potty and place it back. We have a potty in nearly every bathroom,
just in case.
I walk back into my bedroom and find my momma, Katya, Amelia, and some of the ol ladies

Chapter 108. waiting for me.
“There she is. Come on, eat quickly so we can get you ready.” My momma says, hugging me
as Katya hands me a coffee before I hug everyone in the room. Kaden is with the men getting
ready.
I sit down, drinking my coffee and eat some toast as the bridal party gets me ready. Amelia is sitting next to me as Katya does her hair. Her little legs swinging back and forth as she
watches her show on her tablet.
After a few hours of being pulled, poked, and pinned in place. My hair and make–up are done. Momma has tears in her eyes and Amelia has her mouth open.
“Mommy, you look beautiful.” She says, and I chuckle and crouch to her level.
“So you do baby, mommy’s little Principessa.” I say to her and she giggles. I stand up and hug my momma and the girls.
“You are stunning. Now no tears don’t want to ruin your look. Go, get ready.” Momma tells me as Katya brings out the dress in its garment bag. I walk over to it and unzip the bag. My hand brushes softly over the soft white fabric. I didn’t want a huge dress. I wanted something
classic, yet elegant.
I lift the dress out of the bag and take in the mermaid style skirt, the embroiled lace, the sheer arms with lace on the shoulders down the elbow and from the wrist up. The back is sheer with pearl buttons. The mermaid train is elegant and not too long, starting from mid–thigh. The neckline is a sweetheart, again, with the sheer and lace over my collarbones. It is simply
beautiful.
Momma helps me into the gown and buttons me up. She helps me put my shoes on and attaches the veil to the underneath of the up–do in my hair, a few curls left to frame my face.
“Oh, baby, you look, you look. Breathtaking. Kaden is going to lose his mind when he sees you. Momma tells me and I smile as I look at myself in the full–length mirror. I can’t believe my eyes. I am gorgeous. My make up is neutral, my long red hair is up away from my neck. The dress hugs my curves and flows out. I do look like a princess and I feel like one, too.
The bridesmaids are wearing pastel coloured dresses. All one shoulder in chiffon with a flower on the one shoulder, the skirts are floor length A–line. Amelia, well, she wouldn’t be a princess without her own princess dress.
Amelia’s is a little ballgown type dress with satin and tulle with little crystals. Her hair is in a bun and she has a little tiara on her dark head of hair. Oh, and just a little bit of lip balm.

Chapter 108.
“Come on mommy, daddy is waiting.” Amelia says taking my hand in hers just as the door opens and in walks my dad. He looks handsome in dark slacks and a white shirt, and of
course, his cut.
“Oh sweetheart, you look beautiful.” He says taking my hand in his and kissing my cheek. I smile at him and fight the tears in my eyes.
“You ready?” He asks, and I nod my head. He leads me from the room with the bridal party in front of us. Amelia is talking excitedly and I just smile at her and her excitement.
“Is he ok?” I ask dad, and he chuckles.
“We had to lock the room. He kept wanting to get to you. The boy has no patience at all.” My
dad
says with a chuckle and I smile, yeah Kaden and l’are alike in that aspect. Neither of us
has any patience when it comes to something we need or want.
Momma hands me my bouquet of white and pink roses and Amelia she is itching to get out
there. I can see her ready to burst. The music changes and the ladies walk in first. Then it is
Amelia’s turn. I chuckle as she steps out, and all I hear is.
“Daddy, mommy looks hot as fluff!” sweet baby Jesus. The guests all chuckle and I can hear
Kaden’s booming laugh at our daughter. I swear to god above I will kill Havoc for teaching her
the words.
The music changes to Jasmine Rae- When I Found You. I take a breath and look at my dad and he is smiling softly at me and squeezes my hand.
“Let’s get you to your man.” He says and I nod my head, my blood roaring in my ears. I take that first shaky step forward. I look up and see Kaden standing on the stage with his hands clasped in front of him. He looks like a snack. He is wearing a suit. His dark hair is in a neat
bun on the back of his head. He is smiling at me.
I find myself walking faster to get to him. When we reach the steps, my dad gives my hand to Kaden with a warning and we laugh.
Kaden gently pulls me up onto the stage.
“You look beautiful baby, I’m one lucky son of a … You know what I mean.” He says and I chuckle as Priest, one of the brothers, begins the ceremony. Kaden has hold of my hands in his. We are both looking into each other’s eyes.
“Kaden repeat after me,” Priest says and I keep my eyes on him. Kaden repeats the words.
“I Kaden take you Courtney to be my wedded wife, to have and to hold from this day forward,

for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, to cherish and protect, till death us do part, I love you.” He says, and I fight the urge to cry when he places the wedding ring on my finger. He exhales and I chuckle.
“No escaping me now, baby.” He says, which causes the guests to chuckle.
“I Courtney take you Kaden to be my wedded husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, to cherish, annoy and protect, till death us do part, I love you.” I say, placing the ring on his finger.
“By the power vested in me by almighty god, I now declare you husband and wife. Kaden, you may now kiss your bride. But keep it PG.” Priest says when Kaden smiles at me and pulls me closer to him and I smile up at him, before he dips me and kisses me like we are the only two in the entire world.
“I love you baby,” He says and I say it back to him.
“I love you too, Kaden.” I say and the guests erupt into cheers as Kaden pulls back and takes something from Havoc and I chuckle as he places a cut on me.
