In the lively yet timeworn core of Orkset, flames surged violently through an old apartment building. Driven by fierce winds, the fire ravaged the structure, sending plumes of dense smoke and fierce, glowing embers into the air.
“They’ve been rescued! They’re safe!” The words rang out amidst the chaos.
Firefighters emerged from the blazing wreckage, carrying Elizabeth to the safety of the roadside. Her typically elegant and expressive face was now smeared with soot; her luminous eyes had dimmed to a hollow, vacant stare.
As awareness crept back into her mind, Elizabeth felt an overwhelming surge of gratitude, momentarily stripping away her usual poise. Her voice, scratchy and frail, murmured a heartfelt “thank you” to her saviors. Hands trembling, she reached for her phone, her fingers shaking as they dialed a familiar number.
“Hello, the person you are trying to contact is not available at the moment. Please try again later…”
The automated message played after several rings, leaving Elizabeth with a tightening in her chest as a storm of frustration and sorrow brewed within her.

A thunderous explosion shattered the moment, cutting off the monotonous voice on the line. Elizabeth’s head snapped up, her expression frozen in disbelief as she witnessed the apartment she had just escaped erupt into a fiery inferno.
Shards of debris rained down from above, flung skyward by the force of the blast.
Panic gripped the crowd as the newly rescued survivors screamed, clutching one another for comfort. Their anguished cries pierced through the cacophony of sirens and shouting.
In stark contrast, Elizabeth lay alone on a stretcher, her solitude glaring amid the collective despair.
“Elijah…” Battling the dread rising in her chest, Elizabeth clenched her jaw and redialed her husband’s number, her determination unwavering.
But the call disconnected after a few brief rings, leaving her in oppressive silence.
A notification from Twitter lit up her screen, momentarily drawing her focus.
The gossip mill was churning, buzzing with the latest trending topic: #SandraNash #MysteriousPartner.
According to the post, a prominent producer had invited the famous Sandra Nash to a private dinner, only for the meeting to sour when Sandra refused a celebratory toast.
The tweet detailed how Sandra’s commanding boyfriend had stormed into the room, dismissing the producer with an imperious gesture before whisking Sandra away.
The narrative painted a vivid image of a powerful man shielding his beloved. Yet, perhaps due to his status, the accompanying photos revealed only the back of the man, preserving his anonymity.
